You've done the work.
The body hasn't caught up yet.
Private mentorship for people who have already done a lot of inner work and are still stuck in the same patterns.
Most people who find their way here have spent years on themselves. Therapy, personal development, spiritual practices. They understand their patterns and can trace them back. They know where things went wrong and why.
And still, the same things keep happening. The same tension before a difficult conversation. The same way of disappearing in relationships. The same exhaustion that no amount of understanding seems to reach.
This is not a sign that the work hasn't been good. It's a sign that understanding something and actually shifting it are two different things. The mind can process an experience at a cognitive level while the body stays exactly where it was, still reacting from the same old programming, still protecting against things that happened a long time ago.
That gap is what this work closes.
You function well. From the outside, your life looks fine, maybe even impressive. But privately, something still feels unresolved. You might project frustration onto the people closest to you and not fully understand why. You might know exactly what you want to change and still find yourself back in the same place.
You've done the inner work. You are not looking for more insight. What you are looking for is something more concrete: a real practice for actually shifting, not another beautiful vision of who you could be, but work that moves things in the body.
You have tried everything. You are tired of trying. And some part of you suspects the next step is not more effort. It's a completely different kind of attention.
If that's where you are, this is for you.
People who come to this work expect to understand themselves better. What they don't expect is to feel, sometimes for the first time, that they actually know what they want.
Disconnection from the body is subtle. You can spend years thinking you are deeply connected to yourself while the body is quietly guiding you toward safety, toward familiar patterns, away from things that are actually good for you. You don't realize how much it has been running the show until it begins to settle.
When that happens, people describe something that sounds almost too simple: they start to feel like themselves again. Not a better, more optimized version. Actually themselves. The playfulness and ease that was there before everything became about managing and coping. A real love for themselves, not manufactured, not practiced, that starts to show up in how they move through their days and how they relate to the people around them.
Energy becomes more stable. The skin clears. Relationships start to feel different. Not because everything around them changed, but because something inside did.
My Story
I used to be a high-achieving good girl who eventually burnt out completely and became bedridden with symptoms that doctors within allopathic medicine could not explain. After many years searching for help, I received a few diagnoses: Ulcerative Colitis, ME (Chronic Fatigue), PTSD, Panic Syndrome. I had severe acne across my body, chronic pain throughout, and I fell asleep at random places while still in my twenties.
I thought I would never live a normal life.
What changed things was not finding the right medication. It was becoming my own investigator, diving deep into psychology and stress research, natural remedies, detox, fasting, and spiritual practice. And eventually understanding that what I had been experiencing as "just my life" included things like gaslighting, physical abuse, and sexual trauma. Things that the body had been holding for years while I kept functioning on the surface.
What I had believed was deep connection to myself was actually deep adaptation. To what felt safe, to what others needed, to what kept the peace.
Everything fell into a new kind of order when I found Human Design and started living according to my actual blueprint rather than the one I had inherited. My body and my life healed. Not through force, but through finally being able to hear what was actually there.
Today I am a present mother and life has never been more beautiful. I never thought it was possible to love my partner the way I do. I have stable energy throughout the day. My skin is clear. I enjoy being in my body. And I know that the same awakening that happened for me is available to anyone who is willing to go to the root.
That is why I do this work.
The Work
This is private, one-on-one mentorship over a minimum of six months. We work with real situations from your actual life, things that happened this week, this month, and we look at them closely together.
The question underneath most of the work is some version of: why do I keep ending up here? We don't answer that from the outside. We answer it by slowing down enough to let the body join the conversation. Where does something tighten when you talk about this? What emotion is trying to move but hasn't been given space? What does this moment remind the body of, and how far back does it go?
Following those threads carefully, over time, is what creates real change. Not more insight. Not reframing. Actual reorganization of how the body responds.
I also use Human Design within the work. It is a precise system that maps how a person is designed to operate: energetically, in decision-making, in relationships. Used well, it removes a lot of unnecessary self-blame and shows very clearly where the actual work is.
”The work with Therese gave me more than several years of therapy. She saw so clearly my wounds, issues and personal traits, and gave me clarity and a direction to move forward in a compassionate and gentle way. Would highly recommend working with her if you want deeper clarity about yourself” - Nate Goldman, Business Coach
PRIVATE MENTORSHIP
I work with a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement is private.
Minimum commitment: six months. Investment: 60–120k SEK for six months, depending on your situation.
Applications are reviewed personally. If it seems like a good fit, I will invite you to a short conversation before we begin.
"It is inevitable not to be fascinated by Therese's understanding and depth about the journey of life, the soul and how she guides it through her knowledge of Human Design. Felt things about myself were somehow explained and fell into place. It felt like she was holding one's hand with embrace and joy as she took one through a little spiritual journey."- Caroline G.

About
Therese Lyander is a writer and private mentor based in southern Sweden.
Her background is unusually broad. She began her career in London's creative industries, sewing costumes for West End theatre productions and working as a vintage stylist, before returning to Scandinavia to curate art exhibitions in Stockholm. She then co-founded and ran a plant-based café, building it from the ground up and leading a team of up to fifteen people before selling the business. Today she works as Country Manager for the Nordics and Benelux at Ninyes Inc., a circular fashion technology company, where she leads market expansion across multiple countries.
Alongside that, she works privately with a small number of clients each year through long-term mentorship, and writes occasionally about the body, behaviour, and the patterns that shape how we live in Brainz Magazine.
The thread running through all of it is the same: understanding how people and organisations actually work, what gets in the way, and what it takes to lead from a place that is genuinely your own.
Selected writing published in Brainz Magazine.
